Owned end-to-end UX/UI & visual language
Built the 31Third design system in Figma
Created Matcha side-panel concept to inject our multi-asset swap without breaking core flows
Mapped edge-cases (batch trades, RFQ-T, AMM selection, slippage exceptions)
Partnered with founders on feature scoping & weekly async reviews
Produced dev-ready specs, motion guidelines, and QA walk-throughs
The Problem
"Swapping one asset at a time feels archaic.”
“I’ve got wallets on three chains—why can’t my dashboard?”
“I’m staring at numbers, but I don’t know my real risk.”
“Exporting CSVs just to build a report kills the vibe.”
Key Insights That Shaped Design
Pro users want power features (batch trade, enzyme vaults) but still expect a clean first-time flow.
Risk metrics must be visual first, spreadsheet second.
Existing Matcha users hate context-switching; a side-panel add-on tested best.
